Must be a Filipino and a resident of Metro Manila or Calabarzon
Must have a residential telephone. Information on Cellphone numbers and/or
pagers,  if any must also be provided but are not acceptable as
replacements of the telephone landline
With a minimum monthly income of Php 15,000
Must have a permanent employment status and work tenure of at least one
(1) year

Photocopy of valid ID (Driver`s license, passport, company ID, TIN)
Original copy of latest billing statement under borrower`s name   (utilities

Handling Fee:  Php 1,500 (Automatically deducted from loan proceeds)
Form of Payment:  Post-dated checks for the whole term of the loan
Loanable amount from Php 15,000 to Php 250,000.  Interest
rate of 1.5% per month. Coverage area is CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon). Payment is by post-dated cheque.
